130 A Mounts Bay Rd (aka "Adelphi Apartments" - any info?
Hi, just interested if anyone has some info on 130 A Mounts Bay Rd (aka "Adelphi Apartments". Looking to buy a unit in that complex, looks like it used to be a hotel. There was a landslide (from Kings Park) back in 2019. Apartments look average, great location though. Would appreciate any info on it. Thanks heaps.

Hi I own a flat in that complex. It's definitely not as high brow as it's neighbours but still in a pretty good location and up until they built the quest block next door we had direct views of Jacob's ladder. I still think it's a good buy though. My flat is let out to tenants and I haven't had any major issues.
