Reviews of Nardie Street, Eight Mile Plains
"Convenient to transport and parklands!"
As the local Real estate agent in the area, I have sold several houses on this street. It is very centrally located in WIshart Outlook to the bus stops and just mins from any point to the large Maisie Dixon Parklands and bikeways.

Looking for a home in Nardie Street?
"Wide, leafy street with good footpaths both sides. Easy access north and south arterial roads."
I have lived on the top of the rise on Nardie Street for 16 years. Its a great location with easy access to major arterial roads north and south. We have a good bus service and only a 2 minute drive to Garden City Shopping Centre.
It has often crossed my mind that with so many people now working in the Technology Park area we would have little trouble in selling our homes, when the time comes, at a a premium price. We are also just a short walk from the Eight Mile Plains bus station.
The area is so convenient to everything that even though my home is now too big for me I do not want to move out of the area and away from friends and neighbors.
