Whose at fault the RAAF or Port Stephens council for devaluation of Land and Houses in the area?

I agree with you 100% on this one, I’ve been visiting Nelson Bay and Port Stephens for over 20 years if you bought your home already under a flight path then you have no recourse but if you have been living amongst the peace and quiet that my favourite area in the world provides and all of a sudden there are dirty big military planes flying over your home then someone needs to be held accountable....I wonder if the same plans are flying over their home? I’m guessing not.
