The Best Western Sydney Parks
1. Crestwood Reserve - A huge park with 2 large play areas and wheelchair swing. A lovely creek runs through and is great to observe after a rainy day. A large fenced off no-leash area for dogs, 6 tennis courts and ample parking. Soccer and cricket fields on site. Also home to 2 netball courts and 2 football fields with grand stand!!! The perfect park with everything!!!
2. Western Sydney Parklands - covers an unbelievable amount of land and features great places for a picnic, close to equestrian centre, shooting facility and city farms. Has several precincts, my favourite being Plough & Harrow.
3. Parramatta Park - large park with beautiful views of Parramatta river and good play areas. Great for picnics.
4. Pearce Reserve - in Kings Langley is my favourite small park and features 2 play areas (one recently refurbished), an enclosed cricket ground, tennis courts and netball courts. Very close to shops with takeaway and payphone nearby.

Winnererremy Bay at Mona Vale - fantastic park. Caters for toddlers and older kids, has a bike path, fenced play area, large grassy areas. Located on Pittwater Winnererremy Bay is a quite bay, suitable for paddling on the sandy beach. Great cafe located there too, opening late in the summer evenings. And most important for mums (of young kids) - there are toilet facilities too!
