Do you like kangaroo meat?

A new study says it's very low in fat and is healthy too. I had a marinated piece of kangaroo that I roasted recently and it is delicious! We should be eating less beef and more kangaroo. See http://www.abc.net.au/news/stories/2008/11/26/2429827.htm

I'm extremely surprised that Kangaroo meat is not more commonplace. It is a lot easier to find nowadays, as 10 years ago it was a 'talking' point with friends, but is it still not everywhere like cow and chicken.

I've eaten Kangaroo meat a bunch of times, and I think it's great.

Definitely, I had some recently in a stir fry and it was delicious done Asian style with soy and ginger. More people should try it!

I can't eat anything that is cute looking like ducks, rabbits etc. I only tasted Kangaroo meat once by accident. I thought it was a little strong and tough. I guess we have an over population of kangaroos so it's Ok to eat them but not for me. I'll stick to chicken and cows.
