DOG OWNERSHIP AND OUTDATED RULES AND REGULATION ????

I believe that companionship of dogs has increased dramaticly over the last 20yrs or so and we get so much pleasure from this wonderful union so much so that they are a very important part of our lives.

SO why the heck isent there a big increase in the places that we can take them with us.You try and find an off lead dog friendly beach where they can romp and play for goodness sake.In fact anywhere for that matter.
Of course there would have to be strict rules and regulations in place on the temperament of the dog. I would think they would have to have a signed certificate from a reputable dog training saying they are a safe,obedient, friendly member of our society with all the inoculations in place.(come to think of it...........) and of course the public would have to be armed with the doggy clean up bags.
This would bring so much joy and fun to so many,and of course knowing what a lovely bunch of dog lovers are! it would become a much happier place to live as there is not much going on in this world to smile about.
