We've all renovated our kitchens and bathrooms, baked the bread, brewed a fresh pot of coffee etc. etc. but is the next biggest investment going to be how well our homes rate environmentally?
Have you installed a Solar PV system (mains connected or not), a Solar Hot Water System, Water Tank and Grey Water Tank, changed all your fixed (and not fixed) appliances to the highest Star Ratings just so you can sell your house for the best price possible? What are you're thoughts on the future of the housing market?

As electricity and water prices rise over time, naturally this will become a factor in people's decision making in making the largest purchase in their lives. Of course, some renovations give you no choice but to install "green" fixtures due to government guidelines.
