Is the market on the move again?

I'm interested in other people’s opinions on this subject, I have only been back at work for 1 week and in my area there seems to be lots and lots of buyers out, 2 sales in 3 days there are not enough property’s on the market to satisfy demand from buyers in southern Sydney.
