NYE around Sydney Harbour

Is it possible to rent an apartment, villa or house for only "2 nights" with a view of the harbour bridge and fireworks over NYE. Almost 100% I found to be a minimum 5 night stay.

(Dec 31st 2010 and Jan 1st 2011)

I know I've most likely left it a little late? Any suggestions of websites, agency contacts etc etc would be appreciated.
