Hi!
Just a bit of background for you: this is for my Design and Technology Major Design Project. I am designing renovations for an abandoned apartment building in Coogee. This survey is just about the property market of Coogee and some personal views on properties. I am conducting this survey to analyse trends within the Eastern Suburbs real estate market and home buyers of this particular area.

Hhhm Coogee I remember it well. I lived here for 5 years and left to persue a career in Real Estate. i always thought I would end up back there but now it's just a nice place to visit. Too transiant for my liking.
