Wollongong Area Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi there any locals, looking to possibly move into the area from Sydney. Have small kids, therefore looking for a safe area, not far from beaches, village feel. Have about 400k to spend on a 3 br house. Have been looking on web at areas of Primbee, Balgownie, East Corrimal, Corrimal, Warrawong, Bellambi as like the schools catholic in the Bellambi area. Any help with anything about these areas of up for further suggestion - particularly from people in the know in the area....any hot spots anyone recommends that possibly have boomed yet would be great!! Thanks anyone

Hi There, Yes most areas just north of this, Bulli, Thirroul, Austinmer etc have boomed some time ago & continue to rise. Corrimal, Bellambi etc. have also risen quite heavily over the years. Best option is to make contact with several real estate agents down that way & ask them to give you a bell as soon as they list a property. (I am an agent & do this for buyers etc.).
This will ensure that you will get details on property really quick, as often I will list a home & sell it before it even goes onto the internet.
