"Very convenient location"
This street is in such a central location where it is a minutes drive to the Eatlink freeway, Ringwood square shopping centre and Eastland shopping complex. The train station is a long walk or a short drive. The street is a little busy as people use it to connect to the back streets instead of using Marhoondah Hwy.
The average rental income for a 3 bedroom property is between $380 - $420 per week.
