Meriam Salama is the Founder of The Henry Project a new initiative, led by architects, that seeks to facilitate these co-ownership scenarios. It guides prospective buyers through the process: making it easier to find suitable co-owners, and then providing architectural solutions that meet each groups needs and budgets. By removing some of the barriers that may be associated with co-ownership, the Henry Project hopes to make affordable housing, with real social benefits, a mainstream option for home buyers.
