Homely attends AREC2014 – An insight from the team

Homely.com.au has attended their first AREC conference and wrapped it up with huge success. After months of preparation, it was a sensational outcome to see hundreds of delegates walking around in Homely T-Shirts and on top of that hundreds of offices signing up to submit their listings for free.

Above you can see the booth that our team had at AREC 2014. With beautiful banners and a minimal design, the booth was great for people to come in and demo the site, whilst also engage with the team and learn more about Homely.  The guys on the booth mentioned that feedback had been really positive and there was an inundation of sign ups over the course of the two days.

The booth was attended by most of the team at Homely with the team rotating through and talking agents through the offerings of the site. Ryan (above) mentioned that agents were overwhelmed with the cleanness of the site, and the removal of banner ads, and there was no reluctance for agents to submit their listings. “The overall feedback was that agents were willing to support us. They liked that we offered an alternative and that our display was clean and crisp”
