MELBOURNE –  April 28, 2022

Homely.com.au, the online real estate marketplace redefining the way Australians search for property, announces executive team growth with the appointment of Amanda McEniry (nee Kramer) as Head of Marketing.

Heading up a growing marketing team at Homely since she joined, Amanda has been charged with planning, developing and executing the online real estate portal’s ambitious strategic marketing and communications program and supporting Homely’s growth in Australia.

Amanda joined Homely in the second half of 2021 with deep experience in successfully building brands, locally and globally, leading high-performing marketing teams, and supporting sales and product teams to achieve growth and revenue targets.

“Since the launch of our “more than real estate” campaign and brand refresh in Spring last year,  I’ve been spending time getting further under the hood of the business and industry, while building up the marketing function for rapid growth and scalability.” says Amanda. “I’m quite privileged to have joined Homely at such an exciting time. The business and brand is at an inflection point in terms of growth, and we have put the finishing touches on a disruptive marketing roadmap for delivery this year.”

Prior to joining Homely, Amanda was Head of Marketing (APAC and LATAM) at Pepperstone, a global CFD broker. Before that, she was Marketing Manager at Australian Unity, leading communication strategy and delivery for the retail banking and home loan function. Amanda previously spent nine years in advertising and media, with a number of top tier national brands as clients.

Co-Founder and Co-CEO Adam Spencer says, “Amanda has a track record of strategic planning and successfully executing large scale marketing campaigns. Her knowledge of the Australian financial and technological landscape is a great combination. Amanda was a natural fit for the leadership team, and is instrumental in delivering the Homely vision to market.” Adam continued.

“I have always thrived at challenger brands,” says Amanda. “There is absolutely no harder-working business than the one fighting the giants head on. This year will be particularly huge for Homely as we disrupt the industry and make Homely a household name,”
