Homely logs record website visits in January 2023

Homely.com.au logged a record 1.98 million total website visits in the month of January 2023*.

This milestone is a testament to the growing popularity of the portal among buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals.

Founded in 2014, Homely.com.au was created by Jason and Adam Spencer with the goal of providing a better search experience for property seekers, including street and suburb reviews to help people make better-informed decisions when it comes to property. 

Homely is backed by some of the largest names in real estate, with more than 655 strategic partners from around the country supporting their success.

Since its inception, Homely has been able to differentiate itself from other real estate portals by prioritising clean, simple and easy-to-use property search for buyers and renters using unique content, while helping agents build their brands as local experts using digital marketing tools. 

In addition to its extensive national property listings, Homely.com.au also offers a range of resources for those looking to buy or sell property. Last year, Homely announced 58% annualised revenue growth in the first half of 2022. The company has since made a number of senior hires and promotions to their leadership team while adding more than 41 new offices and networks to their VPA program as they continue to scale with the ambition of taking on the incumbents in Australia.
