Homely property listings now with school data

Whether you’re moving interstate or across town, it can be difficult to know where to rent or buy when you’re unfamiliar with that area. This is especially true if you need close proximity to schools.

To help you get your bearings and make the best decision for your next move, we’ve launched a new feature that incorporates a wealth of school data into our property listing pages.

Our new property listing pages provide house hunters with all the info they need about the schools in and around the region they’re looking at.

Once you open a listing you’ll see all the primary and secondary schools within your search area denoted by an orange academic cap on the listing location map.

But wait, there’s more! Towards the bottom of the listing there is a table of information about each school in and around your area of interest, including:

• school name, type and address
• distance from the school to the property you’re looking at
• link to the school website
• school contact details

This new feature makes it easy to research both schools and places to live simultaneously. Try it out.
