MELBOURNE – January 22, 2021
Homely, a leading industry-backed Australian real estate portal, has joined forces with Elite Agent as the Principal Sponsor for the second consecutive Transform event.
After a fantastic response and positive feedback from agents and property managers who attended Transform 2020, Homely has seized the opportunity to partner again with Elite Agent for its sixth year running their award-winning interactive educational Transform program.
David Webb, Homely’s Head of Industry, says, “Homely are so proud to be collaborating on such an exciting, innovative and popular event again in 2021. Elite Agent’s win for Mumbrella’s ‘Event of the Year’ for Transform 2020 is a testament to the quality of the event and to the hard work their team and the Transform coaches pour into running the 30-day challenge”.
The month-long program, launching February 2, features 22 world-class speakers, including Mr Webb, webinars, expert panels, cash prizes and weekly challenges designed to help attendees build their businesses and plan for the year ahead.
“Following the 2020 downturn, agents are telling us they are hungry to level up their skills and leverage the latest products. They want to be ready to take full advantage of the looming market rebound and make up for the lost time”, David says.
“Transform 2021 will launch at the perfect time for real estate professionals wanting to kick-start their year with professional development delivered by some of the best in the business.”
“The really great thing about Transform is how accessible it is. The online format means it can be delivered to agents and property managers all over the country regardless of travel restrictions or changing venue capacity limits that make in-person events challenging. With the same tools they use for work every day, they can access insights from leading experts and connect with their contemporaries across Australia”, David says.
Laura Shooter, SJ Shooter Real Estate’s Managing Director and Transform 2020 winner, says, “it’s great to see Homely involved again in Transform! I know a lot of agents will benefit from learning more about how to use the platform to elevate their profile within their communities”.
“The content I created [on Homely] during Transform 2020 has led many people to get in touch with me about relocating to Dubbo. I love helping people feel confident about moving to our great city. Winning Transform 2020 was great exposure for our agency, and the prize enabled us to invest in our community creatively.”
“We have our whole team joining again in Transform 2021. It gives you a great shared learning experience whilst still keeping normal operations in the office. It’s the best value training I’ve ever been involved in, with phenomenal coaches, personal growth opportunities and prizes”, Laura adds.
David says, “we can’t wait to work alongside Elite Agent to ensure this is the best Transform experience yet. We’re so excited to have a hand in inspiring each real estate professional to put their best foot forward in preparation for the recovery of the market in 2021. Bring on the transformations!”.
