Homely.com.au, Australia’s largest industry-backed online real estate marketplace, has been named in the Online Marketplaces’ 10 Favourite Real Estate Marketplaces. Ranked against a number of competitive qualifying features and functions Homely not only made the top 10 but was the only Australian real estate portal to make the list.

This top 10 list follows the release of the Online Marketplaces Portal Standards Report 2021 that was published earlier this month. This report analysed 650 portal sites to identify industry conventions: Map View, Draw Your Own Search, Keyword search, Pet Friendly Filter, Virtual Tour Filter, Scroll Photos from Results Page. It was these conventions that Online Marketplaces evaluated real estate marketplaces against worldwide to determine their top 10 – Homely making the cut with an impressive 5 out of 6 of those conventions. Homely was ranked among international real estate marketplaces such as Realtor.com (USA), TopRealty (Slovakia), Cian (Russia) and SeLoger (France), to name a few. 

The Aussie Challenger Takes the Cake

Homely has become one of Australia’s largest online real estate marketplaces, but has its sights set on moving up the ranks. Being the only Australian portal to make the top 10 list, Homely is proving that their dedication to creating the best and most intuitive user experience for home buyers, renters, agents and vendors alike is a winning strategy.
