Homely.com.au, the free-to-list real estate portal today announced the launch of Homely Premier Agent, a platform to reinvent the way real estate professionals market themselves to consumers while connecting them to millions of Australians looking to find their next home.

“Homely Premier Agent is our vision of how agents can best highlight their success to win new business and continue to list homes for free on our site,” said Jason Spencer, CEO of Homely. “With over 90 per cent of all offices signed on to list homes on our service, agents have been asking us for better ways to highlight themselves to our rapidly growing audience.”

In addition to greater exposure throughout the homely.com.au website, real estate agents now have a single location where they can show off their local knowledge, performance statistics and client reviews while built in social tools help agents increase their audience of followers and fans which they can broadcast to.

Several features also represent industry firsts for any Australian real estate portal. Homely is the first portal to offer integrated real estate professional reviews, street and suburb ratings, Q&A discussions as well as an innovative activity feed that makes it possible to visually follow the activity of a real estate professional.

Adam Scappatura, Director from Time Realty, Five Dock has been testing the service and believes “There is no better way to highlight your success than with the Homely agent showcase. Most basic profiles show you sold statistics and listings but this does so much more. We can now market to a new audience of potential vendors through the Question & Answer sections or write street reviews to help buyers learn the neighbourhood, Premier Agent brings all this together in one easy to find and share location.”

“We believe agents and property managers have been underserved in terms of personal promotion on portals especially with 70 per cent of consumers researching their real estate professional beforehand,” said Rocky Bartolotto, National Sales Director at Homely. “We think at less than $1 a day for most of our packages, Premier Agent will be a welcome addition to fill that void.”
