Homely property link sharing and the Facebook news ban: How agents can still promote properties

We wanted to alert Aussie agents and property managers to some changes that may affect how you market properties on Facebook and how Homely can help you at this point in time.
Today, as you may already be aware, Facebook has banned Australians from posting news content in response to the Federal Government’s news media bargaining code.
Where does this leave you? The good news is seeing as Homely is not affiliated with any media corporations the changes have not impacted your ability to share Homely property listings with your network across your professional Facebook pages.
We strongly recommend sharing your Homely property links to promote your new listings, property inspections, upcoming auctions and sold properties due to these recent changes.
You can do this directly from your Homely listing using the share button or by cutting and pasting the URL into your Facebook post.
As always Homely are here to help our agents and property managers promote their listings to buyers and renters, if you have any questions or concerns, please get in touch anytime at [email protected].
The Homely Team wish you all the best with your upcoming auctions, inspections and marketing campaigns.
