"Ningi is the Getaway"

Anyone who has visited Bribie Island will know Ningi, but few have an understanding of what Ningi offers when you take the time to look around. A mecca for those seeking acreage living yet within close proximity of everything you could ever need, not to mention the ocean.

WARNING - DISHONEST TRADESMAN.
If you know Nathan K who works for Low Cost Roofing in Caboolture then do not trust him. I booked a job with him and his wife through Airtasker and they have taken my money and not done the job.
What happened was that Nathan K and his wife agreed to do some garden work for me on Wednesday. They showed up Wednesday morning, although an hour late and began to spray the garden weeds. As they were here I went online to increase the funds on Airtasker to $90 as we had agreed but when I did this I accidentally added this to the original amount so creating funds of $160. When I told Nathan he said as I could not decrease the amount on the site he would return the funds so I sent him my bank details so he could transfer $70 back to me. A few minutes after I released the funds online Nathan said he would have to go as he had a client with a leaking roof but that he and his wife would return on Friday morning at 8am. They did not come and I have not heard from them since. I have sent texts and emailed and left voicemails. They have not transferred $70 to my account either. They have taken my money and run.... I am a pensioner so I do not have money now to get my garden work done and I am out pocket $160.

"Best of both worlds"

We chose to live in Ningi because of the availability of small acreage, landscaped block of land, with new, modern open plan house, which is secluded enough to enjoy the peace and quiet, yet close enough to Bribie Island to launch the boat or enjoy the bay or beach within a few minutes. With modern shopping and restaurants in both Caboolture and Bribie Island and only another few minutes to North Lakes, your options are almost endless! For convenience there are also small local shops within walking distance or a few minutes drive. The bus service is 1 minute walk and has excellent connections to the train. Also, lots of options for schooling with both private and public schools with bus servicese, or within minutes drive. Safe area with great neighbourly spirit - fabulous for couples or families!

"Loving Ningi"

I love our house in Ningi,we are just off the main road and its actually fairly quiet. I love our neighbours who have come over a couple of times just to check on us if we're making any loud noises (renovating) which is so considerate, the only annoying issue is phone reception but that can be sorted once you find the best spot in your house. I also love how kids play in the street in feel homey.

"On the doorstep to Bribie Island"

Ningi is a township over 100 yrs old on the Bribie Island Road.
It is a seaside haven that has well laid out parks and local shopping with all the conveniences of Bribie Island as well as Caboolture Shire.
Quiet lifestyle, fishing village, only drawback is the road drawing a line through the community.
