Hi there! I'm a single mature woman, looking for a 1-2 bedroom. Unit/house/apartment. Would be good if it's near public transport and shops. Also maybe a cooler part of the state. Looking for a reasonable price suburb not to pricey. A quiet area would be great. This is my first time renting.,
