Northgate/Nundah is on the edge of what is becoming Queensland’s “Golden Employment Triangle” consisting of CBD, Airport precinct and Port of Brisbane. The value of homes (in our opinion) will therefore reflect the enormous activity and infrastructure pipeline. The population in Nundah has increased by 14% between 2006 and 2011 which creates demand for homes for rental and purchase. Regards James Clark
