O'Halloran Hill set to gain first as the spot light turn south in Adelaide Real Estate

Recent reports published in the Messenger and Advertiser newspapers are all pointing to the southern vales suburbs of Adelaide as prime opportunities for buyers to get excellent value for money. Increased attention is currently being experienced across the southern area, with people coming from Adelaide's northern suburbs to find out what the fuss is all about.

From a geographical stand point....the suburbs that skirt the hills face will likely get the lion’s share of attention initially, making O'Halloran Hill, Flagstaff Hill and Aberfoyle Park possible hot spots in the coming 12 months. As interest in this area’s increase, the knock on effect is that area's further into the southern vales will also enjoy increased attention.

Selling a home in 2011 in the southern vales is without a doubt a prime opportunity for current local residents. I'm keen to hear the thoughts of others down south, and what they make of the reports the southern vales is on the cusp of a mini Real Estate boom. Of the data I have collected from my recent (6-months) sales, I feel there are a soft rise in interest, and a moderate rise in people seeking a southern lifestyle.

Cheers,

Hi Jason,

On the south side what do you believe is the cheapest suburb to purchase house and land, that is still within a reasonable distance to the CBD (for example with 20 minutes drive)?
