O'heas Bakery & Deli is the best!!! Anyone else think so

Does anyone else think O'heas Bakery & Deli is the best bakery in the area? They make the best foccacia's, freshly made pasta, italian cakes and sweets and homemade Pizza's! The staff are very friendly, and I think it's family owned. If you havent been, i highly recommend it!

This bakery charges a fortune when you pick a few fillings, it's a busy place too, so the staff lose focus all the time on serving you, also.

I think we got charged $27 for two rolls and 2 coffees............hahahaa. I don't think so!!!

Hi guys,

Great to finally see some people bump this thread. I've been going there for ages, and love it. I don't mind waiting or paying for the quality of bread they have.

Nice recommendation Barry.

Hey fruit loop...

Well, your normal 'run of the mill' cafe will charge about $8 for a standard ham/cheese/tomato, and $3.50 for a coffee, which is about $23. I would expect to pay a little more if my fillings were many & gourmet. If you want it cheaper, there is this great place on Gaffney street called "A 'la Coles" where you can buy all the ingredients and MAKE IT YOURSELF! BARGAIN! ;O)

Are you serious, you think this is okay? Paying $10 for a roll with 3 fillings each is crazy. I said what happened to us, no need to be rude. I suppose some people enjoy waisiting money.

Hey fruit loop

I wasn't being rude, so much as being a smart ass ;o)

Unfortunately, that's about the price you'll pay for a sambo these days. Is it fair? No! But it's reality. I guess the point I wanted to make it that they're no more expensive than any other sit-in cafe.

the the Coles comment was a bit harsh, but it was a little funny ;o)
