To be honest, not good. The 3G coverage is minimal (I looked this up for a friend of mine), for 3G you are looking at connection speeds of about 256Kbps at the most. For a cable connection, I don't think ADSL2+ is available in that area (even if it was, your speed would depend on your distance from the excahnge) so I would suggest no more than 1Mbps.
