How long does it take to get from Padbury to the industrial area of Welshpool?

I've lived in Padbury for 10 years and until just recently was working in Kewdale. Leaving before 7am or after 8:30am, it would take me about 40 mins down the freeway, Orrong Rd etc, and 45 minutes Reid Hwy, Tonkin Hwy etc. Add another 20 mins between 7-8:30am and 5-6pm. With the new lanes in the Tunnel, travel times might be changing for the better!
