"Tranquil Park Orchards"

Located 30 minutes north-east of Melbourne’s CBD, Park Orchards is perfectly located if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Treat yourself to the local produce at the local Market or head down to the Shopping Village where you will find friendly service and convenient shopping and lifestyle services including health, dentist, and gym services, as well as a small but tasty array of dining options. Otherwise, Eastland, the Pines, Knox and Westfield Doncaster are within very easy reach.

Whether it’s exercise you’re after, walking the dog or having a picnic with friends and family, Park Orchards offers a wide range of parks and reserves including Domeney Reserve, 100 Acres Reserve, and the Mullum Mullum Trail as well as a range of community and sporting facilities, including an indoor stadium, community house, tennis courts and a playground.

There is a wide range of schools in the local area including Park Orchards Primary School, Park Orchards Kindergarten and St Anne’s School.

The leafy suburb offers a community feel and has everything that you could need including its wonderful local shops, cafes, restaurants, and nature reserves making it the perfect suburb.

"Wonderful community"

Wind down a country lane to the Eastern Freeway where you are merely 20 minutes from the CBD. Enjoy a unique community and family orientated atmosphere where everyone supports one another and your neighbour is your friend. Discover Melbourne's secret garden, actually smell the roses daily and listen to the birds sing and rejoice in the life you've discovered.

"Beautiful peaceful family area"

I would highly recommend this area to anyone considering moving into the area. Park Orchards has a wonderful community and lifestyle feel. It is close to major arterial roads to access the city , close to major shopping centres such as Westfield Doncaster and Eastland and yet is one of Melbourne's best kept secrets . There are opportunities to acquire medium sized family homes or large pallatial properties with land holdings up to 20acres
