What is the crime rate in Deer Park?

As of 2022, living in New Deer Park on Foleys Road, never had a problem with crime. Just be street smart as you would if you lived in Box Hill, Glen Warverly or Wheelers Hill and you'll be fine honestly.

Depends where in Deer Park you are looking at. My neighbour next to us has been broken in once and their neighbour's house three times in the past year. I would suggest you do some more research by looking at the news articles and see if anything pops up. God Bless.

Have lived in deer park for 40 years never had a problem

Not sure what the new estates are like around Brimbank Gardens, but estates do get targeted cause of all the new houses with new furniture and goods. Lived in Old Deer Park around Korroit Creek for 6 years only this year did someone in our street get robbed. However their garage door was open and they took only the basics, laptop, ipad and jewellery.
