Pretty much. Everything from Murra st up to the to of the hill is commission housing. That said, as commission housing estates go this is premium. Residents are quiet, zero crime or police attendances, many Residents are long term including several who have been there since day one (30+ years ago). So yes it’s commission but not effectively so.
