"A hidden gem of Adelaide"

This is a great suburb suitable for everyone. Is reasonably close to the CBD and Norwood, also has Firle plaza nearby with a great local Coles and Kmart. Safe and has little to no crime, has a great amount of schools and greenery not to mention local parks and cafes. 10/10 I would recommend this neighbourhood and it has great Wi-Fi.

"Great Place to live"

I've lived in Payneham South since moving interstate a few years ago. I found this place to be a great place to live. It is only 7km from the city (where I work) and 4km from Norwood (where we shop). It is near to several great schools (public + private) and for me i used to go for my evening jogs at Hamilton Park Resever where I get to jog and play with my kids off the River Torrens. Fitness First, nearest woolies and shops are just around the corner at Firle, Burnside Shopping Centre etc. The place is relatively quiet (once you're off the main road at Portrush road, the side streets are quiet and peaceful at night). Neighbours are lovely and friendly. It is fairly central and the price to rent and /or buy is affordable as well. I will recommend this surburb to families if you want something fairly accessible and affordable.

"Great Location"

Great location and easy to get around. Close to main access routes but not too close to be noisy. Close to supermarkets and cafes. Also not far from all that the Parade has to offer.

"Stuffy and overpriced"

Some of these small two bedroom units are stuffy and overpriced. No atmosphere to socialise or amenities. Why pay $450 for two bedroom unit when you can get the same in Glenelg within walking distance of the Bay!
