Small house in Pemulwuy 84 square metres vs Big Lot/House in Blackett 720 square metres?!
Im surprised with the potential incident/crime in Pemulwuy but its closer to cbd. The house Im looking at is cheaper but I feel my family will grow out of it sooner than later with only 2 bedrooms and no backyard space. Just wondering how much of a gamble will be hoping Blackett turns around for the better if I buy a big lot to grow my family? Also being further from the cbd
