Pemulwuy, NSW 2145 is located within the Holroyd local government area, part of the Sydney (Greater) Region in New South Wales.

Im surprised with the potential incident/crime in Pemulwuy but its closer to cbd. The house Im looking at is cheaper but I feel my family will grow out of it sooner than later with only 2 bedrooms and no backyard space. Just wondering how much of a gamble will be hoping Blackett turns around for the better if I buy a big lot to grow my family? Also being further from the cbd
