Perth (CBD), WA 6000 is located within the Perth local government area, part of the Perth (Greater) Region in Western Australia.
I recently enrolled for Murdoch university but haven't moved to Australia. please tell any personal experience of job and accommodations in Perth

There are a lot of international students here in Perth. A large percentage of our universities are filled with international students actually.
Murdoch university is good and there are a lot of international students living south of the river because there are good universities like Curtin and Murdoch. Those suburbs tend to be cheaper I think. And if I'm being honest, employment rate haven't been the greatest here in WA. I know a few of my friends have moved to the Eastern states to look for IT jobs.
You might be lucky here in Perth though. I don't want to discourage you
