Perth (CBD), WA 6000 is located within the Perth local government area, part of the Perth (Greater) Region in Western Australia.
Please help im immigrating with my Daughter (single parent) in September I am looking for a clean and safe surburb with good schools, (private) good amenities (not sure if thats spelt right) and close to parks or a beach. I can afford around $500-$700pw for rent. I have looked at around 100 surberbs and my head is spinning
