Fez in Queen Village is definitely a spot to check out, as they have hookah and a great Moroccan menu. Closer to Old City, you can head to Alhambra Cafe to enjoy some hookah as well.

It seems like Hookah spots are popping up every day. There are a few within University City. Cleopatra Cafe is a relaxing hookah place to try out. It's around 41st & Chestnut. There is also one around 46th & Baltimore.
