Stissing House is actually really cool, but I wouldn't really call it a 'nightlife option.' There aren't really any of note in Pine Plains. This town is too small and sleepy for a lot of nightlife.

There really isn't much. Stissing House in Pine Plains itself has a nice "vintage" tavern room with all the usual drinks and some special cocktails. You are welcome to eat at the bar, as well. Otherwise you will have to travel. There is a movie house in Millerton which is about 7.7 miles away. It also houses the Gallery Cafe. in Red Hook (about 12 miles away) there is the Lyceum Six Cinemas and Ro-Lin Lanes which has a bowling center with twenty lanes and a mini golf course.
