We recently employed the services of Martin to sell our home. After attending a number of open house viewings where the property was listed by Martin, we were extremely impressed with the follow up we received as potential buyers. An exceptional agent who looks after his vendors. There are few agents of this calibre - Chris has great local knowledge and truly represents his vendors' interests. He provided excellent advice and help in preparing the property so that it presented at its best, coordinating with tradespeople as required and ensuring that the work was done well and efficiently. His communicated with me throughout the whole process from first contact, through preparation, and then in the on-market period and negotiation phase. Chris responded fast when I phoned and took the initiative in making sure he kept me up to date with all developments. With the open days his follow up with prospective purchasers likewise was fast, efficient and thorough and then when it got to negotiation, he ensured that he covered all bases and possible purchasers to ensure a good outcome. Having dealt with many agents over the years, there are very few this good - professional, smart, pleasant to deal with, and none of the typical "game playing" to manage vendor expectations.
