Pueblo in general makes great breakfast burritos. :) Personally, I like Taco Star for all burritos. It's Mexican junk food, but it's amazing. Monica's Taco Shop and Adolfo's also serve pretty good breakfast burritos. If you're looking for something slightly healthier, the Daily Grind and Solar Roast Coffee have vegan and vegetarian burritos available.
