Is Bundall in a flood risk area?
Have recent floods affected Bundall? I am looking t to buy a house near the canal, but I am very concerned about flood risk.

I have lived in Bundall / Sorrento for over 20 years and the area has never flooded in that time. It is not zoned as a flood risk and I have never heard of the suburb flooding. So whilst you can check out with the Gold Coast City Council the risk areas you can also take it from me that it is an extremely safe area. I would not be living in a flood prone area myself.
