I first came in contact with Michael Larkings in 2014 via telephone conversations during the campaign to sell my marital home in the Sutherland Shire. What would have been a very difficult time was made so much easier through Michael's thoughtfulness and genuine caring qualities.

He set a campaign for the sale of the unit that was quite short and for some that may have been concerning, but for me I was quietly confident that with his industry knowledge, the current market conditions and his sales expertise, I was in very good hands.
I was right!! The unit went to auction and sold over $100,000 above our reserve expectations.
The whole experience was unbelievable. Not only did Michael kept me up to date on everything, he even helped me with some final cleaning and rubbish removal after the sale of the unit. What Agent does that? The BEST agent does and that is Michael.
I have no hesitation in recommending him. If you want an agent who is diligent, accommodating, personable, honest, knowledgeable, and who genuinely cares about his clients and puts the client first, then don’t look any further than Michael. You will not be disappointed!
One last thing, at the end of it all, I truly feel that I gained a friend.
