The most expensive place I could find currently on the market in the Town of Red Hook is a 2400 ft.² country-cabin type home with an additional guest house, on 23+ acres, asking $2,250,000. It is difficult to find a house in the Village of Red Hook for sale, as the market is so limited. Currently there are only 7 houses listed for sale, with 3 offers accepted and 1 pending. The highest recent selling price was $375,000.
