Starting from Killara Reserve in Panania, there is a bike track that goes through Kelso Park, to the Georges River, through Mirambeena Regional Park and eventually connects to the Western Sydney cycle network.
Starting from Padstow there's some tracks and boardwalks around the Salt Pan Creek, which connects to the M5 parallel cycle path from Riverwood, which you can join to the Cooks River Path by marked on-road cycle route from Kingsgrove.
