Is the hospital in Rhinebeck equipped to handle more complex procedures?

Northern Dutchess Hospital has grown quite a bit in the last few years, and I believe they're capable of handling most operations, though certainly there are some you'd want to go to a specialist who may not be located here. This hospital in Rhinebeck serves quite a few communities in the area, many of which don't have their own full hospitals, so they kinda have to be prepared for many situations.
