How expensive are 2 to 3 bedrooms houses in Ringwood?

I am moving with family to Melbourne and would like a safe place with parks and other activities for my kids. I have heard so much about ringwood. Please help as this is going to be our first time in Australia. Thank you

Ringwood is booming at the moment with all the works being completed at Eastland and the train station.
The median rental price for a 2 bedroom house is $340 per week and a 3 bedroom house is $390 per week.
If you are looking to purchase, the median sale price for a 2 bedroom house is $610,000 and a 3 bedroom house is $814,000.
