From a local Property Managers perspective I can chime in and say rental wise for the supply of townhouses it is high.
Tenants are looking for modern, easy to maintain properties close to local amenities, so Ringwood is perfect for this.
For investors a decent rental yield is achievable, but due to the property boom and developments in the area depending on what is on the market you can be competing with other similar properties.
