People not familiar with Risdon Vale know it for its prison and otherwise low income earners. Truth is it’s becoming a hotspot for first home buyers, and from locals a very homely suburb that goes very appreciated and the prison is no big deal at all as it plays no affect if you live there. Locals would agree the reputation has improved significantly over the last 2 years and will only get better.
