How long does it take for taxis to arrive after a call out to the airport from Rivervale?

It does not take long, but you have to be very specific and say it is to the airport and note it is essential to be on time. They now have voice booking so you need to make it clear otherwise it goes on as a general call out. Forgot to be specific once and nearly missed the plane! When i complained they said - how are we supposed to know it is urgent for the airport!
