What is it like living in Tanunda Drive Rivervale?

Ok but can be a little bit annoying as there are no shops within walking distance so you have to drive every where. There is however the Belmont forum down the road (5 minutes drive) that has all the local shops needed. Also the Great Eastern Highway is very busy and hard to get across at peak hours if you need to use public transport to get to the city. There is also a cycle/walking track along the rivers edge that is great and you can cycle to the city center in under half an hour and walk to the Burswood train station in around 10 minutes.
