... if your a rich pleb with a BAD attitude and have similar richie pleb type obnoxious friends who hang around and drop in and stay over for weeks and have noisy parties, play the duff duff music at 4 am week night's and don't care for anyone else including wrecking all the other neighbours enjoyment of their own properties. - Rose Park is not for you!
Because the local Burnside Council will gladly fine you $1,000's of dollars per week until you too become as quiet as a mouse like everyone else...
...or you will sell up and find that no one wants to buy your ruined classic Victorian hidey hole now refurbed brothel after you created your dream disaster renovation that could be bought for 1/10th the price at New Port Keys that no-one now wants.
So richie plebs with pushy brown nosing Hitler type 'hangers on' and batty deluded defaco's hiding from Sydney assasins, push off!

"My dream suburb, except for that damn Clipsal 500"
Wow. I would love to live here. Wide streets, close to the city and close to the racecourse and some of the most beautiful streets imaginable. This is my ideal suburb. But obviously I’m not the only one that thinks so because the prices here will be out of reach of most people.
Just of Fullarton road just about every street is a winner. There are some good places to eat nearby and a petrol station not far away if you ever get in trouble.
The houses are old and simply stunning and the blocks are large and well maintained.
Public transport is good here with buses running along Fullarton Road, however it is so close to the city you can walk in easily.
A lot of people use Victoria park racecourse as spot to walk or run. The downside, well that would be the Clipsal 500 bringing in the riff raff and the noise.
